[EN] Lover: "And you'll save all your dirtiest jokes for me"



 That song isn't my type but ya know a song hits totally different when it reminds you of your ultimate ship. (It's an awesome feeling happens with books, movies and music, I hope you can get it a lot.)
 Totally made our Valentine's Day:
To think that Miyeon used to be in charge of innocence in (G)I-DLE which later we knew it's totally not true.
 I know why most people laugh and go crazy about this. Never thought Miyeon would say such any thought-provoking and kinky things, right? But I rather find it lovely. Long-term couples say dirty things to their partners only without being judged.
In short: I started listening to Lover because of Miyeon and Minnie.
 Although Miyeon's about a lot of things, apparently a confident gay ass, we didn't expect she could ever be that wild about any members openly on Fancafe. A few months ago I started to call them old married couple since they give out the old married couple vibe in movies. They're couples who are used to their babe so much that they forget they're not at home at some point. (The next part is people tell them to get a room. Ya know what I mean. Wink wink!)
Thai princess lived up to her moral royalty while her girl ruined it all.
 I like Taylor Swift's previous albums. I'm not into Lover but I know her dramatic change in music is due to her London Boy and that's wonderful. (Congrats, Tay!) The title track is widely said to hint at her proposal, perhaps that's why I didn't feel like listening to 'til Miyeon and Minnie help me:

 Why didn't Minnie grab Miyeon's wrist to get her attention like friends normally do? Why did she grab Miyeon's hip? Because lovers are so used to that. (I'm not sure if I should write a post but I and some shippers agree that Miyeon and Minnie were having a fight this day, which makes it somewhat lovelier that this is how Minnie gets Miyeon's attention even when she's mad at Miyeon.)

Have I known you twenty seconds or twenty years?

 Do you know about the legendary ship TaeNy? My classic ship is a perfect example for the concept of best-friends-become-lovers. It's cool to be through thick and thin with your partner since you're 10 but that rarely happens in real life. Miyeon and Minnie is not so unique and fairy-tale, instead they stand for the concept of an ordinary couple. Miyeon joined CUBE in 2017 which means Miyeon and Minnie have known each other for just 3 years. It's rather a short time compared to how long it usually takes to build up any legendary (relation)ship in Hallyu.

 But look at their chemistry! They've already given out the heart-warming color of intimacy of an old married couple. And if you've had your eyes on this ship since Noodle days*, you must admit that this ship has sailed bloody fast. Can you see the dramatic change in their chemistry? I'm little stunned every time I come across their old pics.
  *Debut days Miyeon named our fandom Noodle. Gotta write it somewhere.

 Lover will always be the song it is but let's listen to it a lot in 2020 as Miyeon has known Minnie for three summers.

 I should have written more English posts on this blog if only idols of this generation were as kind of low-tech as their seniors. I can't think of Minnie or any members finding out what we're writing about them. I don't know if it's alright or it'll crash the party to bring up every personal thing we shippers have spotted about our favourite couples. Gosh, I always have goosebumps thinking our girls can stalk us anytime and they're even more scared of being excessively stalked than we do.
